This was a really good book. I was drawn by this wonderful story from the first moment.
I loved the characters, the plot, the writing and the way the author showed her knowledge of history and poetry in a smooth way and without turning it into a boring read.
It is a story about reincarnation but is far from being similar to others!
The main characters are Nicky and Xander, who meet in high school. Or at least, that's what Nicky thinks ;)
The book begins with a very tormented Nicky, who has terrible nightmares every night and then there is this boy laughing at her that awakens a lot of hatred inside of Nicky without her knowing why.
And that's how it starts, you definitely MUST read this book to find out what happens.
As I said, the writing is beautiful and flows easily.
I'm not a big fan of third person but in this book, works pretty fine.
The main characters are amazing, both of them interesting and so real. They are lovable.
Xander is beyond sexy and Nicky besides appearing a little crazy at some specific moments is a great leading female. At the same time we get to meet them in their previous lives and believe me, you'll be pleasantly surprised!
There are some events that developed close to the end that are totally unpredictable. I love those unexpected turns and the end is perfect.
I couldn't have imagined a better final.
