Book Description:

Japheth the Tainted is on the hunt for a mysterious demon vampire. But meeting her face-to-face might disarm his warrior spirit—and spark an unquenchable passion with apocalyptic consequences.

As a fallen angel, Japheth is determined to make his way back to heaven by staying pure and slaying hellspawn. With a new scourge of vampires unleashed by a blood-drinking demon, the Prince of Thirst, there’s plenty to be done. But Japheth is after one vampire in particular—the one they call the Angel Slayer.
Rose Harley never wanted to be a vampire, but the Prince of Thirst can turn even the kindest soul into a soldier of hell. Feeling abandoned by God, she stalks the West Village taking revenge on his angels—until she meets her match.
When Japheth and Rose encounter each other, the battle is fierce and charged with desire. But when they discover a common enemy—the Prince of Thirst himself—they form a dangerous alliance that could either cost them their eternal lives, or spark a love more powerful than heaven or hell.

INTERVIEW:

  1. For people who haven’t heard of Redemption, make a brief description.
Angels, vampires, sex and violence. Oh, and the Apocalypse. You'll love it.

  1. What does your family think of your works?
They think it's awesome that I'm an author. But they don't read the books. Paranormal romance is not their thing…

  1. Do you have specific habits when you write?
There's usually a lot of procrastinating involved. But when I finally get around to it, I just sit there and type. For hours, usually.

  1. Are you an early bird or night owl?
Night owl. Mornings are for weird people.

  1. Where do you get your inspiration?
I order it from Amazon. Sometimes I download it from a pirate site, but you get hellish viruses that way, and the bastards steal your credit card number…

  1. If you could have coffee with any character of any book, who would it be and why?
Hannibal Lecter. No, wait… Maybe Tyrion Lannister from Song of Ice and Fire. That'd be a fun conversation!

  1. Name a book you wish you had written.
Funnily enough, not '50 Shades of Grey'… How about 'A Short History of Time' by Professor Stephen Hawking? That man has an amazing brain.

  1. Would you like your book turned into a movie? Do you have any actors in mind?
See, the problem with this is that there are no real people who look like my characters. They are trained paranormal romance protagonists. No one alive is that cool…

  1. What do you do, besides writing?
Eh? What is this 'besides writing' of which you speak? Ha ha… generally I'm writing, or thinking about writing, or doing book promo. I unwind in front of the TV.

  1. Do you have any hobbies?
Travel is a big one right now, seeing as we've moved from Australia to the UK for a couple of years. Plenty of new sights to see. We can drop in to Paris or Rome or Prague for the weekend. It's pretty cool :)

  1. Guilty pleasures?
Chocolate… actually, no. I don't feel guilty about that at all.

  1. What are you reading right now?
My own work-in-progress. It’s awesome! Or: It sucks! depending on the hour…

  1. Tell us about something crazy you’ve done.
There was this one time, at band camp… actually, I went on a brilliant band camp once, to China. We got to climb the Great Wall and visit the Forbidden City, and eat loads of weird Chinese food. And the Chinese kids were really cool.
…see how I distracted you there?

  1. Biggest trouble you faced as a writer?
This happens after you get published. The self-doubting questions are endless. What now? How do I make this stick? What should I write next? Have I made the right choices? Does anyone read all these guest blogs anyway? How come that rotten book over there is doing so much better than mine? What the hell does that reviewer mean, 'Erica's book is the worst book ever'? etc.

  1. How do you react to a bad review?
Vodka. Ha ha… no. I try not to see bad reviews, but if it happens, I have a bit of a private sulk and try to move on. My stuff is dark, dirty, a bit demented. If I pleased everyone, I'd be doin' it wrong.

  1. Do you review others’ books? Are you nice or are you mean? :P
Sadly, I don't write reviews anymore. It's just too much of a minefield for an author. I tweet about books I like, but I don't post on Amazon or Goodreads or anything like that.

  1. Do you like singing or dancing? Does music inspire you?
I am the world's worst dancer. A tolerable singer, but I'm better at playing instruments. Does it inspire me? Frustrate me, more like :) a performance art is much harder than writing, where you get to edit a zillion times before anyone sees it.

  1. What are your favorite TV shows?
It varies. At the moment I'm watching Dexter season 7 and Spartacus: War of the Damned. And I can't wait for the new season of Game of Thrones!

  1. What thing you wish you could stop doing and you can’t?
Burying bodies at the bottom of my garden. The fairies keep complaining about the stink. But hey, I have to do something with those people who give my books one star. Clearly, they're deluded and dangerous. I'm doing the world a favor.

  1. Do you have a nice relationship with your fans?
I hope so! Come chat with me any time. I'm on Twitter more often than Facebook, but you should be able to catch me.

  1.  If someone made a movie of your life, which event MUST be included?
The part where I develop super powers, become a crime fighter and look totally hot in a tight vinyl suit.
