Review: Fallen in Love

Fallen in Love (Fallen #3.5)
by Lauren Kate

Genre: Paranormal Romance

BLURB:

Unexpected. Unrequited. Forbidden. Eternal. Everyone has their own love story.

And in a twist of fate, four extraordinary love stories combine over the course of a romantic Valentine's Day in Medieval England. Miles and Shelby find love where they

least expect it. Roland learns a painful lesson about finding-and losing love. Arianne pays the price for a love so fierce it burns. And for the first -and last- time, Daniel and Luce
will spend a night together like none other.

Lauren Kate's FALLEN IN LOVE is filled with love stories . . . the ones everyone has been waiting for.

True love never says goodbye. . .

MY THOUGHTS:

3.5 stars (or birds :D)

I really enjoyed these short stories. I read the book in a couple of hours. It is fast paced and the 4 stories are cute.
Two of them are sad, one in particular but nonetheless enjoyable.

These stories are set in the same context that the others. The angels are travelling through announcers and they converge in an especific time.
That time being Daniel and Luce's only Valentine day together.

The writing is always nice and so is the character's personality. I also liked the originality. I would have liked something about Cam too... but well... pointless to wish hehe

I can't give it more than 3.5 stars though because it's just something that will be forgotten. It won't stay indelibly in my mind as the other books in the series will but it's nice for a quick read.

In any case, I would recommend it for romantics that are also fan of the series.

If you don't read it though, you won't miss anything from the main story.

I hope you liked it!

  1. I am so behind and have been meaning to start this series. Now it's going to be a movie and I still haven't read it. It's on my shelf, right along with the Hunger Games that I've not read yet either. Ugh, I need a day just for reading. :)

    Great review.
